What to Say

Dear [Rep./Sen.] [Last Name],

I am writing to request you throw off the chains of tyranny that has forced Coloradans to seek permission from the government to utilize their God-given right of mobility. For too long, law abiding citizens have had their ability to responsibly drive a vehicle usurped at the hands of a greed, overreaching Dept. of Revenue.

No individual liberty should come at a monetary value.

I’m asking for you to acknowledge our Constitutional right to drive a car and repeal Driver’s License requirements in this state. Let responsible users maintain their right undisturbed and unburdened by the State’s desire to increase revenue.

  1. Utilize a state ID.
  2. Allow residents over 16 to use a car.
  3. Penalize irresponsible use.

The solution is simple.

As Benjamin Franklin wisely stated, “Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Please help us restore individual liberty.

Yours in Liberty,

[Your Name]
